1993
Humble Beginnings in Yiwu
In 1993, with only RMB 13,000 saved from selling vegetables, the early-twenties Wu moved from Wenzhou to Yiwu to chase new opportunities. Inspired by the shoe-ornament industry in his hometown, he entered the accessories market and started a small booth.After paying rent for the shop and warehouse, he had almost nothing left. He spent his days taking orders and his nights sleeping in the warehouse, carrying goods on his own and building trust with customers through hard work and honesty. These values laid the foundation for his future growth.

1996
First Breakthrough
In 1996, a butterfly-shaped hair clip unexpectedly became a hit product. It drove explosive sales, boosted market visibility, and injected momentum into the Yiwu accessories industry. More importantly, it gave Mr. Wu the first crucial capital of his entrepreneurial career.

1999
Transforming Into a Manufacturer
By 1999, he realized that the industry struggled with unstable supply and inconsistent specifications. To solve these issues, he shifted from being a trader to becoming a producer and established a metal stamping factory.This move connected production with sales and quickly made him a core supplier in the local market.

2000
Building Standardized Production
Seven years into entrepreneurship, he understood that small workshops could no longer meet customers' expectations for stable supply and quality control. In 2000, he invested in a modern 10,000 m² manufacturing facility in the Yiwu Yixi Industrial Zone, officially stepping out of the workshop era.Relying on Yiwu International Trade City’s foreign-trade advantages, he began expanding internationally to meet the growing cross-border sourcing needs of global customers. His products soon reached the Middle East, Asia-Pacific, and other markets.

2005
Expanding Product Lines
In 2005, noticing rising demand for diverse, cost-effective decorative accessories in the apparel and craft industries, he founded an acrylic rhinestone factory.The goal was simple: provide rich colors, competitive pricing, and flexible options so every customer could find the right solution for their business model.

2015
Entering the Premium Market
As consumer markets upgraded, clients in the bridal, high-end gift, and luxury apparel sectors increasingly needed premium accessories.In 2015, Mr. Wu established a glass crystal rhinestone factory and introduced advanced cutting and polishing technologies.These capabilities soon earned partnerships with globally recognized brands, enabling him to offer customers a reliable one-stop premium accessories solution.

2018
Becoming a Trusted Partner of Global Brands
In 2018, with his recognized industry strength and credibility, Mr. Wu secured agency rights for international brands such as Swarovski and Preciosa.This achievement not only demonstrated his market insight and res ource integration capability but also enriched customers’ high-end product portfolios and enhanced their brand confidence.With this foundation, he later created the company’s own brand—HiBi, which continues to grow steadily and is built upon long-term dedication to quality and customer value.
